GabrielSoft - How to send account creation emails to your donors
With GabrielSoft Payments, you can easily send emails to donors to prompt them to create their own account and begin managing their recurring donations and payments via Donor Self-Management.
Send To All Donors
Here's how to send an account creation email to all donors who have not yet set up their own account to manage their recurring transactions.

Log in and access the Payments Center
Log in to your GabrielSoft website and select Payments from the product selector in the upper left hand corner to open the Payments Center.
NOTE: Only Admin Users with Full Payment Security can send account creation emails as described in this article.

Access the Donor Management tab
Next, click the Donor Management tab to view your complete list of donors.

Click the Send Login Creation Emails button
Once in the Donor Management tab, locate and click the Send Login Creation Emails button to instantly send an account creation email message to all donors who have not yet set up their own donor account.
Send To Individual Donors
Instead of sending the account creation emails in bulk, you can send the message to individual donors as well. Follow Steps 1 and 2 above to get to your Donor Management tab. Then do the following:

View Donor Details
Within the Donor Management tab, locate the donor to whom you would like to send the account creation email. Then, click the details icon in the Details column for that donor (illustrated above). This will open the Donor Details dialog.

Click the Send Account Creation Email button
Once the Donor Details dialog appears for the selected donor, locate and click the Send Account Creation Email button to send the message.
What does the "Create Your Account" email look like?
The email your donors receive will include a button they can use to create their donor account as well as instructions for managing their account and donation information. The message will be personalized with the donor's name as well as the Account Name for your organization.
