GabrielSoft - How to help donors when their recurring donation is about to expire
Donors with recurring payments to your organization will receive an email notification at the beginning of the month during which their account credit card is set to expire (shown below).
The email includes a link to an account login page the donor may use to easily update their payment information. (Those without an account will be provided a one-time login link to make their changes, and the one-time login link is only valid for 48 hours.)
Here are some steps account admins may take to help donors when their recurring donation is about to expire.

Call the donor
Go to the Donor Management tab of the Payments Center and locate the donor with an expiring recurring payment by typing the donor’s name in the search bar.
Click the details icon to open the Donor Details dialog, then locate the donor’s phone number in the Phone field.

Help the donor access their account
If the donor has already set up their donor account:
Instruct the donor to go to yourdomain.com/payments at any time to log in to their account and manage their recurring donation(s). e.g., If your domain is corpuschristi.org, your donors will go to corpuschristi.org/payments to log in.

If the donor does not have a donor account:

Click the Send one-time login link button to send an email message with a one-time login link.
The email your donors receive will include a button they can use to access their donation details. The message will be personalized with the donor's name as well as the Account Name for your organization, and the one-time login link is only valid for 48 hours.
