GabrielSoft - Stopping and Starting a recurring transaction in the Virtual Terminal

To stop or start a recurring transaction, first you'll need to view a list of recurring transactions or search and filter your recurring transactions.

Next, click on the gear icon on the right side of a recurring transaction and then click "Rebill Details".

Next, click on the "Edit" button in the top-right corner of the recurring transaction details.

Next, change the "Status" field to "Stopped" or "Active" to stop or start the recurring transaction and then click the "Save Changes" button.
